MenuPages.com launched an IPhone application just in time for Restaurant Week. This is obviously not legal news, but is of big concern to many of New York’s small business owners: Restaurateurs.

Gawker Contest Raises Legal Concerns

A contest launched by Gawker, followed by a stern demand from Apple, raises an interesting legal issue for local news outlets:
